Searo Labs are on a mission to put an end to traditional plastic with their award-winning sustainable solution — created from seaweed. Not only is it a completely sustainable turn-key solution that can be deployed around the globe, it also improves the lifespan of packaged food due to it's breathing-like qualities.
Not another 'sustainability' brand
As the sector moves toward sustainable tropes, it was important we positioned Searo Labs as a creative lab, but also as one that has technology capable of being deployed at scale. The future for Searo Labs isn't small and niche, but rather proven, professional and global.
Continuity
Searo Labs' advanced natural materials are born from nature and eventually feed back in to it when discarded, benefitting, rather than harming, the land and sea with nutrients, which effectively create more seaweed to then create more materials. The new visual identity, created in collaboration with animation director Vitor Cervi and verbal identity in collaboration with Regard celebrates this idea of continuity through animated patterns, looping behaviours, layout approach and a toolkit of individual assets.
